Welsh Labour focus on cost of living for Senedd elections

On Monday, Welsh Labour launched its campaign for the Senedd election, with a manifesto that focuses on the cost of living. Its leader Eluned Morgan insisted she can turn the party's fortunes around - even though polling suggests Labour is currently vying for third place with the Greens - behind Plaid Cymru and Reform.
