Andy Burnham: Duchy of Lancaster response to illegal Wigan waste dump ‘not acceptable’

The Manchester mayor Andy Burnham has condemned the Duchy of Lancaster, the private estate of King Charles, for what he said is its failure to support the cleanup of a giant illegal waste dump near Wigan.
