Key Responsibilities: • Create compelling product concepts, sketches, renderings, and detailed design presentations • Develop detailed 3D CAD models and production-ready engineering drawings • Design for manufacturability (DFM) across injection molding, sheet metal, machining, and various finishing processes • Prepare and optimize 3D models for in-house and external 3D printing (SLA, FDM, SLS) • Conduct material selection and finish specification • Build and test physical prototypes (3D printed,
