Pork pie with chicken and apricots recipe

We've taken Andrew's delicious recipe and made it suitable for a normal cake tin so you can easily try it at home – no specially commissioned pie moulds required. For this recipe you will need a 20cm/8in deep, round springform cake tin and a baking tray large enough to sit the cake tin in.
