'Checkpoint Zoo' applauds the Ukrainian zookeepers and volunteers who carried out a massive animal evacuation

New documentary "Checkpoint Zoo” highlights the bravery of zookeepers and volunteers who evacuated some 4,700 animals trapped behind enemy lines at the Feldman EcoPark zoo in Kharkiv, during the early days of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
