Prosecutors say man who spent 27 years in prison for murder in Minnesota is innocent

The Hennepin County Attorney’s office is asking a judge to vacate Bryan Hooper Sr.'s murder conviction for the 1998 killing of 77-year-old Ann Prazniak after a key witness recanted her testimony and confessed to the crime.
