New Orleans fighting to save 'Trash King' who vanquished the French Quarter's foul stench

After receiving an emergency contract in December last year to temporarily manage the French Quarter's waste, a civil court judge allowed New Orleans' mayor to cancel IV Waste's contract going against the wishes of business owners and residents.
