Tsunami warning responses in Chile, Panama and Peru after 8.8 earthquake

Countries with some of the largest Pacific coastlines in the Americas issued warnings for larger waves or a possible tsunami following an 8.8 magnitude quake off Russia's sparsely populated Far East.
