Deal between DRCongo and Rwanda-backed rebels towards permanent ceasefire announced in Qatar

Officials representing the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda-backed rebels on Saturday signed a declaration of principles in Qatar to end decades-long fighting and commit to a comprehensive peace agreement.
