Russia’s Lavrov visits North Korea, holds talks with counterpart

Sergey Lavrov began his three-day trip to North Korea on Friday. Russia's Tass news agency reported Wednesday that the trip was part of the second round of “strategic dialogue” with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui.
