Money could've been used to prepare for World Cup instead of sending troops, says Los Angeles mayor

Mayor Karen Bass says the Pentagon has put a $134 million price tag on the National Guard and Marine deployment to Los Angeles, money she says could've helped with the preparation for the 2026 World Cup.
