Prosecutors says they are ready to retry a rape charge in Weinstein case after mistrial

Harvey Weinstein’s New York sex crimes retrial has come to a disjointed end after the jury foreperson declined to deliberate Thursday and the judge declared a mistrial on a remaining rape charge.
