US Secretary of State Rubio meets Archbishop of Bologna in Rome

After the meeting, Rubio said of the Vatican's involvement in the Ukraine talks: "We are grateful for their long-standing efforts, not simply on trying to broker peace but on the exchanges of prisoners.
