Authorities charge suspect in fatal shooting of two Israeli Embassy staffers in D.C.

Authorities announced Thursday that Elias Rodriguez, 31, was charged with fatally shooting two staff members of the Israeli Embassy in Washington as they were leaving an event at a Jewish museum.
