Speaking at a news conference in Brussels on the side lines of a NATO summit, Blinken said President Joe Biden had spoken with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by phone, where he told him the "strikes on humanitarian workers and the overall humanitarian situation are unacceptable".
