U.N. atomic agency chief visits Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant, inspects operations

The head of the U.N. atomic agency visited Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power on Wednesday and examined its ongoing discharge of the treated radioactive wastewater into the sea.
