San Francisco Mayor touts anti-crime ballot victories during State of the City address

In what could be the official kick-off for her reelection campaign, Mayor London Breed touted recent strides in homelessness and crime and pledged even greater improvements under a pair of controversial public safety proposals voters approved this week.
