2 Michigan officers on leave after video shows officer kicking Black man in head during arrest

Two suburban Detroit police officers are under investigation for use of force after body camera video of police arresting a Black man shows an officer kicking the man in the head, a violent encounter his attorney calls “a gang-style beating.”
