Dragon Ball fans in Buenos Aires gather to mourn creator Akira Toriyama

Thousands of fans of Dragon Ball gathered at the landmark Obelisk monument in Buenos Aires to mourn the passing of Japanese author Akira Toriyama and to celebrate the Japanese franchise.
