Mural tribute to late creator of 'Dragon Ball Z' draws fans and tourists alike in Lima

Pedro Carlos Urrutia is a graffiti artist and member of the art collective 'Cans In The City,' which worked to create one of the largest murals in Peru, a tribute to the late artist Akira Toriyama, creator of the Dragon Ball franchise.
