Damaged buildings, uprooted trees near Chicago after strong storms

Rare February tornadoes sent sleeping Midwesterners scrambling and left damage across four states. Suspected or confirmed tornadoes toppled trees, cut power and damaged homes Tuesday and early Wednesday in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.
