Alabama lawmakers plan to introduce bill to protect IVF

State legislators in Alabama began looking for ways to protect IVF services as additional in vitro fertilization providers in the state paused services Thursday in the wake of a state Supreme Court ruling that said frozen embryos could be considered children under state law.
