Trump returns to federal court as judges hear arguments on whether he's immune from prosecution

Donald Trump is attending federal courthouse arguments in Washington in person on Tuesday as his lawyers argue to an appeals panel that he is immune from prosecution on charges that he plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
