Illinois governor urges Texas to stop sending migrants amid bitter cold forecast

As Chicago shelters migrants aboard city buses ahead of a bitter cold snap, the governor of Illinois is urging the governor of Texas to at least temporarily stop sending groups of migrants to the state.
