Hmong ring in spiritual new year with song and ceremony

Each fall, Nhia Neng Vang welcomes family, friends and neighbors to his backyard in St. Paul, Minnesota to share the spiritual teachings that were passed on to him by his father and Hmong elders in Thai refugee camps.
