McCarthy doesn't rule out returning as House speaker

Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy wouldn't rule out a return to his speakership position Monday, telling reporters that's a decision for his conference and saying it's "wrong" for the House to be operating without a speaker in a time of crisis.
