Maine officials lift shelter-in-place order as search for mass shooting suspect continues

Officials in Maine lifted a shelter-in-place order as authorities searched the woods and sent dive teams to a river in the second day of their intensive search for Robert Card, accused of fatally shooting 18 people and wounding 13 at a bowling alley and a bar.
