Biden vows banking system is 'safe and sound'

President Joe Biden vowed Monday that the U.S. banking system is "safe and sound" and well on the way to becoming stable after federal regulators seized troubled First Republic Bank and sold its deposits and most of its assets to JPMorgan Chase.
