Haley calls for 'consensus' on U.S. abortion issue

Republican presidential contender Nikki Haley on Tuesday called for a “national consensus” on abortion, saying she aims to start with "humanizing, not demonizing" the issue that has become a flashpoint in the GOP presidential campaign.
