Patrick to celebrate Boston-Dubai nonstop service

BOSTON (AP) — Gov. Deval Patrick is preparing to join operators of Boston's Logan International Airport when the Middle East's biggest airline launches nonstop service to its home airport in the desert city of Dubai.
