Syriac Orthodox Patriarch Zakka Iwas dead at 80

DAMASCUS, Syria (AP) — The Patriarch of the Syriac Orthodox Church Ignatius Zakka Iwas, the leader of one of world's oldest Christian sects, has died. He was 80.
