Marathon suspect seeks dismissal of some charges

BOSTON (AP) — Lawyers for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will argue for dismissal of some of the charges against him during a court hearing a day after the anniversary of the deadly blasts.
