Suicide attacker kills 4 in NW Pakistan

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) — A suicide bomber's explosive vest went off in the house of a pro-government tribal elder in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar on Monday, killing four women, police said.
