Insane Clown Posse festival leaves for new site

ST. LOUIS (AP) — An annual festival headlined by the rap-metal group Insane Clown Posse will be staged in Missouri after six years in Illinois, promoters of the trouble-plagued Gathering of the Juggalos said.
