UN chief announces new UN spokesman

UNITED NATIONS (AP) — Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has announced that U.N. spokesman Martin Nesirky will be replaced by Stephane Dujarric, a former spokesman under Ban's predecessor, Kofi Annan.
