Madoff's ex-secretary plans to testify at NY trial

NEW YORK (AP) — Imprisoned Wall Street swindler Bernard Madoff's longtime secretary plans to defend herself from the witness stand at her trial on charges she aided the historic fraud, her lawyer says.
