Neighbors foil attempt to steal wall, Banksy mural

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Neighbors in New Orleans foiled what police say was an attempt to steal a chunk of cinderblock wall bearing a painting created by the world-renowned graffiti artist Banksy.
