USS Donald Cook arrives in new home port in Spain

NORFOLK, Virginia (AP) — The USS Donald Cook has arrived at its new home port in Rota, Spain. The guided-missile destroyer is one four warships the U.S. is relocating there as part of a NATO-approved ballistic missile defense plan.
