Brockton mom angry after teen daughter approached

ABINGTON, Mass. (AP) — A Brockton mother is outraged that a man offered his telephone number to her 14-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old friend at an Abington pizza shop, but police say the man didn't break any laws.
