Family of Mass. teen slain in 1969 files lawsuit

WOBURN, Mass. (AP) — The family of a 15-year-old Tewksbury boy found dead in Lowell in 1969 has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against three men who were charged with playing a role in the death.
