Fresh fighting resumes in South Sudan

JUBA, South Sudan (AP) — Rebel forces took control of parts of the capital of South Sudan's oil-producing Upper Nile state, a military official said Tuesday, as the United Nations said at least 10 people died following the latest outbreak of violence in the world's newest country.
