Ex-US soldier who killed Iraqi family hangs self

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky (AP) — A medical examiner said Wednesday that a former U.S. soldier hanged himself at a federal prison where he was serving life sentences for raping and killing a teenage Iraqi girl and using a shotgun to slay her family.
