US girl, 16, survives skydiving accident

TULSA, Oklahoma (AP) — A 16-year-old U.S. girl who plummeted more than 3,000 feet (915 meters) to the ground in a skydiving accident survived and is recovering from her many injuries, a doctor said Tuesday.
