9/11 accused said to refuse Guantanamo mental exam

MIAMI (AP) — A Guantanamo Bay prisoner charged with taking part in the Sept. 11 terrorist attack is not cooperating with a court-ordered effort to determine if he is mentally competent to stand trial, his lawyer said Thursday.
