Kenyan legislators move to determine their own pay

NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) — Kenyan legislators, considered by many citizens here as both overpaid and greedy, are quietly attempting to change a constitutional provision that recently took away the parliamentarians' powers to set their own salaries.
