Conn. man charged with Mass. threat avoids jail

FALMOUTH, Mass. (AP) — A Connecticut man who joked about bringing a bomb on to a Cape Cod-to-Martha's Vineyard ferry just two weeks after the Boston Marathon bombings has avoided jail time.
