Iowa police commissioner explains Filipinos remark

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) — Iowa Public Safety Commissioner K. Brian London sought Wednesday to clarify a statement he made earlier this year in which he told employees that he believed Filipinos were difficult to polygraph.
