Seahawks place WR Percy Harvin on reserve PUP list

RENTON, Wash. (AP) — The Seattle Seahawks made official Tuesday what already was a foregone conclusion: wide receiver Percy Harvin will be on the sidelines for at least the first six weeks of the season.
