Mass. prosecutors mull state charges vs. Bulger

BOSTON (AP) — Prosecutors in Massachusetts plan to meet with their federal counterparts to determine whether murder or other charges can be brought against James "Whitey" Bulger (BUHL'-jur) or his associates at the state level now that his federal trial is over.
