3 shot dead at Pa. town meeting; shooter tackled

A gunman blasted shots through the wall of a municipal building in a town in northeastern Pennsylvania during a meeting and then barged into the room and killed three people before being tackled by a local official and possibly another person and shot with his own gun, a witness said.
